Chef Andrew LaHaye joined Woodland’s staff as the Executive Chef in May of 2010. Andrew was classically trained at the New England Culinary Institute. While at Woodland, Chef LaHaye worked to obtain his Executive Chef certification from the American Culinary Federation. Prior to Woodland Andrew gained further training and an appreciation for fine dining from having worked in the kitchen of Barbra Lynch No. 9 Park and The Blue Room in Cambridge. He also held the position of Executive Chef at Sterling National Country Club for over two years. In 2010 Andrew was awarded as Worcester’s “Best Chef”. Chef LaHaye’s passion for cooking and creating an excellent dining experience is reflected in every dish prepared.
