Tom Doherty

Tom Doherty has worked as a Golf Professional at Woodland Golf Club since 2002. In college, Tom played for the Coastal Carolina Golf team in South Carolina and joined the PGA of America after college. Tom has been awarded numerous teaching awards from the PGA and was named one of the top 50 teachers in the country by US Kid's Golf for two consecutive years. Tom is also a certified master club fitter for Ping, Titleist, and Callaway. Tom has also supported the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Foundation by representing Woodland in their annual Ouimet Marathon for the past 18 years. Off the course, Tom spends his time with his wife Becca, son Thomas and daughter Savannah.
